We do not claim responsibility for conditions of the produce arriving at our storage, or distributed from it. Anyone who accepts produce acknowledges the risks inherent in consuming home grown garden produce that has not been screened, or processed in a government approved, regulated fashion, and understands that such risk includes spoilage, and possible infectious disease, and uses and consumes this produce at their own risk. This Garden Exchange program will not be held accountable unless sufficient evidence and cause can be found that individuals responsible for storage and distribution have tampered with the produce in a malicious or unlawful manner.
